Returns and Exchanges
- Change of Mind: We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy on most products. If you change your mind, you can return an item in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included components.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description or specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on your preference.
- Opened Board Games: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened board games or card games unless they are faulty. Please check the contents of the game before opening to ensure everything is correct and in good condition.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at +61 4 8584 0116 to inform us about your return. Include your receipt number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: For returns that are not due to faulty products, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days. If you are requesting a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Exclusions
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on special orders, clearance or discounted items, and digital products (such as printable board game content).
- Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Consumer Rights
This return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, does not match the description, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including a full refund or replacement.
