Delivery Locations

We deliver to addresses across Australia. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
    • Cost: $8.95 flat rate (Free for orders over $100)
  2. Express Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
    • Cost: $14.95 flat rate

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Payment on Delivery

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer to pay when they receive their order.

Important Information:

  • COD is available only for Standard Delivery orders.
  • Ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
  • If you refuse to accept the delivery, a return fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number through our delivery partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery (such as delays, missing items, or damaged goods), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
